The
regular meeting of the Planning Board was held September 3,
2003 at the Southwest Community Center. Judith Sabin Watson,
Chair, called the meeting to order at approximately 7:45pm.

Mr. Phillips
made a motion to accept the minutes with changes to wording
in Application #2003-04 item # 4 to read “Reaching an
agreement with property owner of northern most property of 69
space parking lot (shrubbery, barrier, amendment to suggested
parking diagram)”. Mr. Pike seconded the motion. All ayes;
motion carried.
Old Business
Application # 2003-04 Oswego Alliance Church, Thompson
Rd
The easement has been submitted to Planning Board Attorney.
New Business
Applications
Application # 2003-07 Deanne Mulcahey, Washington Blvd.
Does not meet requirements for subdivision therefore the Planning
Board takes no action.
Public Comment
Kelley Irwin spoke regarding separation of Church property and
her property. Agreement is pending.
Open Board Discussion
Members discussed the land use maps in review and made final
approval of original map submitted by Planning Board. Map was
stamped and signed by Chairperson, Judy Watson. Board directed
Secretary to draft letter to send along with approved map to
Town Board.
An opinion by Mr. Pike was asked to be reflected in the minutes.
The opinion was “I resent that Mrs. Mullen said it is
the responsibility of the Planning Board members to attend an
illegally formed committee. Also it is not the duty of said
committee to approve any map and send to Town Board for review.”
Mr. Pritchard agreed with this opinion.
Adjournment
Motion by Mr. Kern to adjourn the meeting at 8:45pm, seconded
by Mr. Pritchard. All ayes; motion carried.
