to Order:
At approximately 7:00 PM, Francis Dellamano called the meeting
to order, in the absence of Judy Watson, who is in Ireland.

Business:
Approval of July 17, 2006 Minutes:
Barry Pritchard made a motion that the Minutes of July 17, 2006
be approved. Lee Phillips seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion
carried.
New Business:
Public Comment:
No one from the public was present
Open Board Discussion:
Kenn Kern gave the Board a letter of resignation. He claimed
he had to resign for personal reasons, but that he enjoyed sitting
on the board and providing service to his fellow Town residents.
Fran Dellamano complimented Kenn on his accomplishments while
he was on the Board, and said he would be thoroughly missed,
and that he was welcome to come back at any time.
Fran inquired as to what has been done about the Comprehensive
Plan and Zoning Regulations. Barry Pritchard said the Town Board
recently held a Public Hearing on the matter, and that things
are moving forward.
Adjournment:
At approximately 7:15 PM, Kenn Kern made a motion to adjourn
the meeting. Barry Pritchard seconded the motion. All ayes.
Motion carried.
