A special meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held at the Oswego Town Hall at 6:00 PM on May 24, 1999. The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Tyrie. Roll call was taken with the following members present:

Resolution 99-65 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to renew the Ontario Heights Sewer District’s Bond Anticipation Note at an interest rate not to exceed 4.5%. Moved by Councilor Schadt and seconded by Councilor Mullen. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 99-66 Motion by Councilor Mullen and seconded by Councilor Schadt to move into executive session at 6:10 PM to discuss pending litigation. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 99-67 Motion by Supervisor Tyrie and seconded by Councilor Mullen to resume special meeting at 6:35 PM. All ayes motion carried.
Motion by Supervisor Tyrie and seconded by Councilor Mullen to adjourn the special meeting at 6:36 PM. All ayes motion carried.
