a. Resolution #_____. Be it resolved that the
Oswego Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to advertise for
seasonal employment. Moved by ________Seconded by________.
b. Resolution #_____. Be it resolved that the
Oswego Town Board modifies the 1999 General Budget by moving
$800.00 to A1110.4 from A1990.0. Moved by_________Seconded by_________.
c. Resolution #_____. Be it resolved that the
Oswego Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to advertise for
bids on the removal of the Highmore Water Tower. Moved by Mrs.
Tierney. Seconded by_________.
d. Resolution #_____. Be it resolved that the
Oswego Town Board authorizes the hiring of Richard Elliott for
services to repair the floor of the Community Center. Be it
further resolved that the payment for services listed in the
Attached proposal shall not exceed $4400.00. Moved by___________Seconded

e. Resolution #_____. Be it resolved that the
Oswego Town Board authorizes the Highway Superintendent to attend
the 1999 Association of Towns Highway School. Be it further
resolved that the Board authorizes the payment of a $65.00 registration
fee, and associated room and board costs. Moved by__________

f. Resolution #_____. Be it resolved that the
Oswego Town Board authorizes the non-cash taxable fringe benefit
of $150 per quarter for Town employees who are authorized to
use Town vehicles to commute to and from Town Hall, in accordance
with IRS regulations. Moved by__________Seconded by__________.
g. Resolution #_____. Be it resolved that the
Oswego Town Board supports the proposal to create a Public LibraW
District, and to fund such a Library with a budget totaling
$375,000.000. Be it further resolved that the Town Board encourages
Town residents to exercise their right to vote on May 18m. Moved

h. Resolution #_____. Be it resolved that the
Oswego Town Board approves the amendment of the Code of Ethics,
specifically altering Section 3 Paragraph I to read "No
officer or employee, nor any firm or association of which such
an officer or employee is a member, nor corporation a substantial
portion of the stock of which is owned or controlled directly
or indirectly by such officer or employee, shall be permitted
to sell goods and/or services to the Town." Moved by Supervisor
