A special meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held August 7, 2000 at the Oswego Town Hall at 5:05 PM. Roll call was taken with the following members present:

Resolution 141-2000 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board accepts the resignation of Clerk to the Supervisor Donna Pinter, effective July 21, 2000. Moved by Councilor Pratt and seconded by Councilor Mahaney. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 142-2000 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board authorizes Dorathy Brown to complete banking transactions necessary for the payment of Town payroll. Be it further resolved that the Town Supervisor is authorized to execute any documents necessary to carry out this resolution. Moved by Supervisor Tyrie and seconded by Councilor Mahaney. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 143-2000 Motion by Councilor Tierney and seconded by Councilor Pratt to move into executive session at 5:10 PM to discuss pending litigation. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 144-2000 Motion by Councilor Tierney and seconded by Councilor Mahaney to move back into the special meeting at 5:45 PM. All ayes motion carried.

Motion by Councilor Pratt and seconded by Councilor Mahaney to adjourn the special meeting at 5:46 PM. All ayes motion carried.
