Resolution #______. Whereas a commercial rate was unintentially
omitted from the revised Building Permit Fee Schedule, and Whereas
the Code Enforcement Officer has recommended the inclusion of
such a rate, therefore Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board
approves an amendment to the Building Permit Fee Schedule to
incorporate a commercial rate of $________ per foot for Commercial
Construction. Moved by ______________. Seconded by ______________.
Resolution #_____. Whereas the work and dedication
of Charles Groat have shown him to be a leader in the preservation
of Oswego Town History, and Whereas Charles Groat has contributed
to the academic research which has validated and promoted community
awareness of the unique nature of Oswego Town History, Therefore
Be It Resolved that the Oswego Town Board commends Charles Groat
for his extraordinary efforts as Oswego Town Historian.

Resolution #______. Be it resolved that the
Oswego Town Board authorizes the payment of registration costs
for attendance of Town Officials at the Annual Association of
Towns Meeting to be held February 18-21, 2000.

Resolution # ______. Whereas the Oswego Town
Recreation committee fosters the growth of Recreation and community
spirit in the Town of Oswego for all residents. And whereas
the Town of Oswego's recreation budget has a surplus for the
year 2000, and whereas the Oswego Town recreation committee
recommends the construction of a covered pavilion to be used
for the summer recreation program for the towns children and
for future events in the town park. Be it resolved the Oswego
Town board encumbers $4,500,00 of the 2000 recreation budget
to be used in the spring of 2001 for materials for this structure.
This pavilion will facilitate actives held in the park throughout
the years to come...
