A
special meeting of the Town of Oswego Board was held at the
Town Hall on July 17, 2000 at 5:09 PM. The meeting was called
to order by Supervisor Tyrie. Roll call was taken with the following
members present:

Resolution
137-2000 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board
approves the following modification to the 2000 General Budget:
* transfer $45.96 from A2770 (unclassified revenue) to A1410.4
(town clerk contractual),
* transfer $892.78 from A2770 (unclassified revenue) to A 1464.1
(archival grant personal services),
* transfer $68.30 A2770. (unclassified revenue) to A9030.8 (social
security),
* transfer $180.36 from A2770 (unclassified revenue) to A9055.8
(disability insurance).
Motion by Supervisor Tyrie and seconded by Councilor Mullen.
All ayes motion carried.
Resolution 138-2000 Motion by Councilor Pratt
and seconded by Councilor Mahaney to move into executive session
at 5:12 PM to discuss pending litigation and legal matters.
All ayes motion carried.
Resolution 139-2000 Motion by Councilor Mahaney
and seconded by Councilor Mullen to resume the special meeting
at 6:05 PM. All ayes motion carried.
Resolution 140-2000 Motion by Councilor Mullen
and seconded by Councilor Pratt to approve the Oswego City Fire
Fighters to put on a puppet show in the town park on 7/25/2000
at 10 am. 2 ayes, 2 nays.
Mullen, Pratt aye, Mahaney, Tyrie nay. Motion defeated.
Motion by Councilor Mahaney and seconded by Supervisor Tyrie
to adjourn the special meeting at 6:15 PM. All ayes.
