a. Resolution #2001-_______
Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board adopts the following
Town Policy: The Town Supervisor shall present a monthly report
to the Town Board consisting of the legally mandated information
referenced in State Law as "The Supervisor's Report"
and a line-by-line budget report containing the actual spending
for the previous year, the originally budgeted amounts for the
current year, the modified budget amounts for the current year,
and year-to-date spending for the current year. Such reports
shall be completed and submitted to the Town Board within 30
days of the end of the month. All proposed budget modifications
shall be presented to the Town Board in writing, such presentation
to occur at the Board Workshop held seven (7) days prior to
the Town Board Meeting.
