A special meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on September 18, 2001 at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall. Supervisor Tyrie called the meeting to order and roll call was taken with the following members present:

Resolution 2001- 258 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board authorizes the Town Constables to enforce parking laws and regulations of the Town of Oswego. Moved by Supervisor Tyrie and seconded by Councilor Tierney. All ayes motion carried. Motion by Councilor Mullen to table above

Resolution 2001-258, no second, motion fails.

Resolution 2001- 259 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board authorizes Tom Arctander AIA, PC to proceed with Phase 1 schematic design as submitted by the Highway Building Committee. Moved by Councilor Mullen and seconded by Councilor Tierney. All ayes motion carried.
Motion by Councilor Mullen and seconded by Councilor Mahaney to adjourn the special meeting at 5:25 PM.
