A special meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on April 29, 2002 at the Oswego Town Hall. The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Mullen at 5:00 PM, roll call was taken with the following members present:

Resolution 2002- 72 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the following budget modification. $250,000.00 from A599 (unallocated surplus) to A1930.4 (fines and forfeitures). Moved by Supervisor Mullen and seconded by Councilor DeSacia. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2002- 73 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the following budget modification: $29,500.00 from A599 (unallocated surplus) to A1440.4 (engineering). Moved by Supervisor Mullen and seconded by Councilor Tierney. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2002- 74 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the following for cemetery employment: Kenneth Reeves, Cemetery Superintendent; John Knopp, Assistant Cemetery Superintendent, Cemetery Laborers, Adam Baker, Greg Cooper, Jr., Troy Loughlin, Patrick Patchen, and Justin Scoville and Cal Stevens II for two weeks for the purpose of training the new superintendent at current superintendent rate. Moved by Supervisor Mullen and seconded by Councilor Pratt. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2002- 75 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves Ted Beers as Summer Recreation Director, and Cheryl Geers as Assistant Summer Recreation Director. Moved by Supervisor Mullen and seconded by Councilor DeSacia. All ayes motion carried.

Councilor DeSacia suggested that the cemetery purchase a pump for pumping out graves when needed for spring burials at a cost of $825.00.

Motion by Councilor Tierney and seconded by Councilor Mahaney to close the special meeting at 5:40 PM. All ayes motion carried.
