Resolution #2002-_____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Council authorizes a budget modification in the amount of $8549.84 From the Unallocated surplus to Supervisors contractual A1220.4 to pay fines and interest levied on the town by New York State Dept of Taxation and Finance, for late payments of employee withholding taxes, for the last quarter of the year 2000 and the first quarter of 2001.
