a. Resolution #2002-_____ Be it resolved the Oswego Town Council approves the minutes from the December 27, 2001 board meeting. Moved by ____________Second_______________________

b. Resolution #2002-_____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Council approves the appointments and Salaries found in attachment A, it is furthering resolved that these appointments shall run until December 31, 2002. Moved by __________Second_________________

e. Resolution #2002-_____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Council Imposes on the Supervisor powers and duties of administration and supervision of town or special improvement district functions to be performed on behalf of the Board. Moved by _____________Second____________________

i. Resolution #2002-_____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Council will hold monthly town board meetings the second Monday of each month, at 7:00pm at the Oswego Town Community Center. Moved by ____________Second_____________

j. Resolution #2002-_____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Council authorizes the Supervisor to pay in advance of audit of claims for public utilities services such as gas, electric, water, sewer, fuel oil and telephone service as well as for postage, freight and express charges.
