c. Resolution #2002- ____ Be it resolved that
the Oswego Town Board approves The Highway Superintendent to
take a 1989 ¾ Ton Ford Pick-up to the County Auction, on May
17th, 2002.

d. Resolution #2002- ____ Be it resolved that
the Oswego Town Board approves the hourly wage of $8.36 for
the assistant cemetery superintendent for the 2002 season.

e. Resolution #2002- ____ Be it resolved that
the Oswego Town Board approves the purchase and planting of
Scotch pine and Locust trees at the highway site south of the
Oswego Town Hall, on County Route 7, as directed by Ray Nolan
of the DEC.

f. Resolution #2002- ____ Be it resolved that
the Oswego Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign an agreement
with Oswego County Planning for the completion of the final
comprehensive plan proposed land use maps. See Attachment A.

the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor to send a letter
to the New York State Comptrollers office requesting an audit
of the towns 8 water districts, 2 sewer district and Street
lighting districts.

the Oswego Town Board approves a transfer of $6,600. From TE9901.9
Expendable Trust to A8810.4 Cemetery Contractual for the purchase
of Equipment for the cemetery. (Lawn Tractor, and A Pump)

the Oswego Town Board approves a budget modification to the
2002 budget, for an appropriation that was budgeted too low.
Transfer $2.877.64 from A1910.4 Contingency account to A9050.8
