a. Resolution #2002-_____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the Minutes from the October 21st Town Board meeting and the October 21st Budget Workshop. Moved by Second .

b. Resolution #2002-_____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the bills on Abstract 11. General Fund Highway Fund Franklin/Baylis Lighting Edgebrook Lighting Sleepy Hollow Sewer District Ontario Heights Sewer District SW 8 Moved Second .

c. Resolution #2002-_____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the following budget changes to the 2003 preliminary budget. 2003 Preliminary Budget Changes

SS1.9730.7 Sleepy Hollow Interest $8,300 decrease to $ 5,000
SS1.1001 Sleepy Hollow Real Property Taxes $32,700 decrease to $29,400 A1010.1 Town Board Personal Services $15,182 decrease to $14,669
A1220.1 Supervisor Personal Services $9,153 decrease to $8,843
A1990.4 Contingency $7,791 increase $8,614

d. Resolution #2002-_____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board Authorizes the Supervisor to sign an agreement with John and Martha Torrice and Shawn and Ruth Clary (see attachment A) who have expressed willingness to enter into an agreement formalizing the rights of the Town of Oswego to traverse that very small portion of their premises in which the entrance to the Oswego Town Rural Cemetery lies.
