6, 2003 Town Board meeting, and the November 3 public hearing.

c. Resolution 2003-____ Be it resolved that
the Oswego Town Board approves the following budget modifications:
• In General Fund, from Contingent Account (A1990.4) to
Ambulance – Contractual (A4540.4) in the amount of $22.81
because the account is depleted.
• In General Fund, from Contingent Account (A1990.4) to
Cemeteries – Contractual (A8810.4) in the amount of $135.00
because the account is depleted.
• In Highway Fund, from General Repairs – Contractual
(DA5110.4) to Machinery – Equipment (DA5130.2) in the
amount of $2331.41 because the account is depleted.

the Oswego Town Board accepts, with regret, the resignation
of Randy Pratt as zoning board member, and thanks Mr. Pratt
for his time and dedication to the Town of Oswego.
