a. Resolution 2003-____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the minutes from the October 6, 2003 Town Board meeting, and the November 3 public hearing.

c. Resolution 2003-____ Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the following budget modifications:

• In General Fund, from Contingent Account (A1990.4) to Ambulance – Contractual (A4540.4) in the amount of $22.81 because the account is depleted.

• In General Fund, from Contingent Account (A1990.4) to Cemeteries – Contractual (A8810.4) in the amount of $135.00 because the account is depleted.

• In Highway Fund, from General Repairs – Contractual (DA5110.4) to Machinery – Equipment (DA5130.2) in the amount of $2331.41 because the account is depleted.
