The meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on September 29, 2003 at the Town Hall, 2320 Co. Rt. 7. The meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM with the following members present:

The Town Clerk presented the tentative budget to all board members.

Budget Officer Rick Hogan explained the budget. Councilor Pratt asked questions about the Historian line. Councilor Mahaney asked about Deputy Town Clerk line. Town Clerk Theresa Cooper had questions regarding the $1.000 decrease in the Deputy Town Clerk line.

The next meeting on the budget will be held after the town board meeting on October 6th.

Supervisor Mullen asked if the board members had anything for the agenda.

Motion by Councilor Mahaney and seconded by Councilor Pratt to close the special meeting at 7:20 PM. All ayes motion carried.
