c) Resolution #2004-____ Be it resolved that
the Oswego Town Board directs the supervisor to sign an agreement
with Barton and Lodgudice Engineering for a pre-demolition survey,
asbestos survey and a feasibility study including a preliminary
finish design, prepare a written report outlining the proposed
construction, level of finishes and proposed heating and cooling
systems, prepare a floor plan, front building elevation and
a preliminary cost estimate. The price not to exceed $10,000.00.
