A special meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on November 16, 2004 at the Oswego Town Hall. Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 7:10. Roll call was taken with the following members present.

Discussion was held regarding Life Safety and the need for a certified building and code officer for 2005. An ad will be placed in the Pall Times.

Resolution 2004-116 Be it resolved that the Oswego Town Board approves the additional cost of $293.80 for the John Deere 4 wheel drive Garden Tractor purchased from Widrick Implements, Inc. The final cost of this tractor is $11017.50. Moved by Councilor DeSacia, seconded by Councilor Mahaney. All ayes motion carried.

Discussion was held regarding a need for a topographical map of the Town Hall. Supervisor Mullen will be checking with the County Soil and Water Department and County Planning Department.

Bardan Construction will winterize the Community Center, Custodian Bill Jackson will clean the Community Center until 12/31/04.

The Christmas Tree lighting will be held on December 2, 2004 at 6:45 PM, with refreshments to follow at the Oswego Center Methodist Church.

Motion to adjourn the special meeting at 7:50 PM by Councilor Mahaney and seconded by Councilor DeSacia. All ayes motion carried.
