A
town board workshop was held on July 2, 2007 at 6:30 PM. Supervisor
Mullen
opened the meeting and roll call was taken with the following
members present.

Discussion
was held regarding the agenda with additions and corrections
being made.
Resolution 2007-74 Be it resolved the Oswego
Town Board hereby designates the Sugarman Law Firm of Syracuse,
NY to represent the town regarding the matter of Patricia Tyrie,
Donald Fitch, Kelly & Matt Spagnola, David & Ann Delles,
Samuel & Marylou Cernaro; Oswego Business Owners, Inc and
the Ontario Heights Homeowners Association at a rate of $140.00
per hour.
Moved by Councilor Herrmann, second Councilor DeSacia. All ayes
motion carried.
Motion by Councilor Mahaney, second by Councilor DeSacia to
close the workshop at 7:30 PM. All ayes motion carried.
