A
meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on November 8, 2007
at the town hall. Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 7:00
PM with the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was taken with the
following members present:

Oswego Town
Clerk Theresa Cooper read the legal notice regarding the public
hearing on the 2008 budget which appeared in the Pall-times
on November 2, 2007.
Resolution 2007-105 Be it resolved the Oswego
Town Board opens the public hearing at 7:05 PM to hear all interested
parties for or against the 2008 preliminary budget.
Moved by Councilor Pritchard, second Councilor Mahaney. All
ayes motion carried.
Public Comment: Olin Pritchard asked about
A1620.14 account clerk new line, the appropriated fund line
and the fire budget line. He also thanked the town board for
money in line A7620.4 adult recreation line.
Resolution 2007-106 Be it resolved the Oswego
Town Board closes the public hearing on the preliminary budget
at 7:09 PM.
Moved by Supervisor Mullen, second Councilor Herrmann. All ayes
motion carried.
Resolution 2007-107 Be it resolved the Oswego
Town Board adopts the 2008 town budget.
Moved by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor Herrmann. All ayes
motion carried.
Motion by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor Pritchard to close
the budget hearing at 7:11 PM.
