A special meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on November 19, 2007 at the town hall. Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 4:35 pm with the following members present.

Resolution 2007-108 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board directs the Supervisor to sign the renewal BAN for Sleepy Hollow Sewer District, dated November 21, 2007 to November 21, 2008 with an interest rate of 4.11%, in the amount of $110,000.00.
Moved by Councilor Herrmann, second Councilor Mahaney. All ayes motion carried.

Motion by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor Herrmann to close the meeting at 4:40 PM. All ayes motion carried.
