The meeting of the Oswego Town Board was held on October 8, 2007 at the Oswego Town Hall. Supervisor Mullen opened the meeting at 7:00 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was taken with the following members present:

Town Clerk Report: No report

Supervisor's Report: Supervisor Mullen reported that the judges need a new court program and they will be applying for a grant next year. Discussion was held and this issue has been put on hold for further review. The next town board meeting will be held on November 5, 2007 at 7:00 PM.

Public Comment: A town resident was concerned with the Waterview Trailer Park. There are unregistered cars, trailers not fit for living in, water and sewer problems.

Resolution 2007-90 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the minutes from the September 10, 2007 town board meeting.
Moved by Councilor Herrmann, second Councilor DeSacia. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2007-91 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the following budget modifications:

From A1990.4 (contingent acct) to A1420.4 (attorney contractual) for $3833.00
From A1990.4 (contingent acct) to A 3520.4(control of animals) for $26.70
From A1990.4 (contingent acct) to A8010.4 (zoning contractual) for $9.65
From A1990.4 (contingent acct) to A8020.4 (planning contractual) for $212.10

Moved by Councilor DeSacia, second Councilor Mahaney. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2007-92 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the bills on Abstract 10 as follows:

Resolution 2007-93 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board holds a public hearing on November 5, 2007 at 7:05 PM to hear all interested parties for or against the Preliminary 2008 town budget.
Moved by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor DeSacia. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2007-94 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the $2.00 second notice fee for the 2008 tax bills.
Moved by Supervisor Mullen, second Councilor Mahaney. All ayes motion carried.

Resolution 2007-95 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board approves the transfer of funds from the Sleepy Hollow Sewer District savings to Special Districts checking in the amount of $3627.00 for the installation of an ultrasonic sensor open channel flow meter and mounting brackets installed.
Moved by Supervisor Mullen, second Councilor DeSacia. All ayes motion carried.

Motion by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor DeSacia to close the regular meeting at 7:33 PM. All ayes motion carried.
