A town board workshop was held on February 22, 2010 at town hall. Supervisor Mullen opened the workshop at 7:00 PM. Roll call was taken with the following members present.

Discussion regarding a new position for the cemetery department, a public hearing for a sewer line for Waterview Trailer Park, and bonding for wind mills. Building Inspector Wayne Newton was there to give his report on the buildings that have been inspected to date.

Resolution 2010-29 Be it resolved the Oswego Town Board holds a public hearing on March 8, 2010 at 7:05 PM to hear all interested parties for or against Waterview Trailer Park owners application to use the Town of Oswego’s right-of-way for a sewer line.

Moved by Supervisor Mullen, second Councilor DeSacia all ayes motion carried.

Motion by Councilor Mahaney, second Councilor Shaver to close the workshop at 7:45 PM all ayes motion carried.
