Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes

Chairman: Randy Pratt

Call to Order
Randy Pratt called the meeting to order at approximately 8:25. The meeting was held immediately following a joint board meeting between the ZBA, Planning and Town Council members.

Attendance
Those in attendance were:
Randy Pratt, Chairman Kevin Caraccioli, Legal Advisor
Greg Auleta, ZBA Member Robert Baker, ZBA Member
Greg Mills, ZBA Member Shelley Rahn, ZBA Secretary

Those absent were:
Brad Livesey, ZBA Member

Approval of February 20, 2003
Greg Auleta motioned to accept the minutes from the February 20, 2003 meeting. Randy Pratt seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion Carried.

Public Comment Session
No one was present. There was no comment.

Open Board Discussion
Randy Pratt alerted ZBA members that applications might be up for review at the next meeting.

Greg Mills stated that he was pleased with the joint meeting and with the new Code Enforcement Officer for the town. All members agreed.

Randy Pratt stated that Supervisor, Victoria Mullen, would be providing copies of the citations issued by the CEO.

Adjournment
At approximately 8:40 pm, Greg Auleta motioned to adjourn the meeting. Robert Baker seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried.
