Call To Order
At approximately 7:20 PM Greg Mills, Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals called the meeting to order.

Attendance
Those in attendance were:
Greg Mills, Chairman
Robert Baker, Member
Timothy Anderson, Member
Kevin Caraccioli, Legal Advisor
Marjorie Best, Secretary

Those absent were:
Greg Auleta, Member
Brad Livesey, Member

Acceptance of Agenda:

Tim Anderson made a motion to accept the Agenda. Greg Mills seconded the Motion. All ayes. Motion carried.

Approval of December 16, 2004 Minutes:

Tim Anderson moved that the December 16, 2004 Minutes be approved. Greg Mills seconded the Motion. All ayes. Motion carried.

New Business:

Set Meeting Dates and Time for Year 2005:

Greg Mills went over the list of meeting dates that the secretary set up. He said we will continue to hold the meetings on the third Thursday of each month. All members were in agreement.

Old Business:

None

Public Comment:

No one was present from the public.

Open Board Discussion:

Greg Mills stated he received an e-mail from Vicky Mullen regarding a committee to go over changes and updating the Zoning Ordinance. He said there definitely needs to be some changes. Coastal Erosion should be addressed as well as fences and the map. He said Judy Watson of the Planning Board will also be involved. The secretary stated that Fran Dellamano of the Planning Board also volunteered to be on the committee. Greg said he would contact Vicky to find out when we will get started on the project. Kevin Caraccioli stated the whole Ordinance should be gone over. Greg said it is embarrassing when the public attends, and there are so many discrepancies in the Zoning Ordinance.

At approximately 7:50 PM, Tim Anderson made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Bob Baker seconded the Motion. All ayes. Motion carried.
