At approximately 7:02 PM, Chairman Greg Auleta called the meeting
to order.

Acceptance
of Agenda:
There being no questions or corrections on the Agenda, Greg
stated the Agenda be accepted.
Approval of November 15, 2007 Minutes:
Greg asked if there were any comments or corrections to the
Minutes. Bob Dexter stated that on Page 6, 2nd paragraph, which
reads "The Board went through the Zoning Regulations being
in an R-2 District, and found a loophole being a customary home
occupation". It should read "The Board went through
the Zoning Regulations being in an R-2 District, and found an
appropriate application being a customary home occupation".
Greg moved that the minutes be approved with corrections. All
ayes. Motion carried.
Old Business: None
New Business:
Deb Jaskula's term as a Board Member expires February 8, 2008.
Tim Anderson made a motion that the Zoning Board recommend to
the Town Board that Deb be re-appointed. Bob Dexter seconded
the motion. All ayes. Motion carried.
Greg will send a letter to Supervisor, Victoria Mullen, recommending
Deb's re-appointment.
Public Comment: No one from the public present.

Adjournment:
At approximately 7:15 PM, Tim Anderson made a motion to adjourn
the meeting. Bob Dexter seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion
carried.
