TOWN OF OSWEGO ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS AND PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Oswego will hold a Public Hearing on the 17th day of October 2022, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Oswego Town Hall, 2320 County Route 7, Oswego, New York, to consider Site Plan Approval and Use Variance Approval for Oswego PV, LLC to develop and build a solar photovoltaic generation plant related to property located at 447 Co Rt 20, Oswego, NY.

All interested parties will be heard.

A copy of the applications may be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular office hours. And Planning Board.

            All interested parties will be heard.
