NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF OSWEGO ZONING BOARD

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board for the Town of Oswego will hold a Public Hearing on the 21st day of April, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Oswego Town Hall, 2320 County Route 7, Oswego, New York, to consider the application by Evan Todd for area variance approval related to property located at 8248 State Route 104, due to rear lot distance.

            All interested parties will be heard.

            A copy of the site plan application may be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular office hours.
