PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Oswego will hold a Public Hearing on the 20^th day of August, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Oswego Town Hall, 2320 County Route 7, Oswego, New York, to consider the application by Ricardo and Dawn Fernandes for use variance approval related to property located at 37 Cemetery Road, to operate a farm brewery.

            All interested parties will be heard.

            A copy of the zoning application may be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular office hours.
