The Town of Oswego Highway Dept. along with the Town of Wheatfield was recently highlighted in the spring edition of “Nuggets and Nibbles”, Cornell Local Roads Programs quarterly newsletter.  Both departments were featured for their willingness to tackle large projects in their communities, and the success and savings they achieved.
